Our Commitment to Superior Quality in Every Detail
As the largest rattan and plastic wood supplier in southern China, we have a professional quality inspection department to ensure the quality of our products. The steps in producing our plastic rattan and wood boards are 100% covered by quality inspection. Several inspection points are set up during manufacturing, including IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC. Our top-level quality control system ensures that LTR complies with SGS and EU’s REACH standards in the quality control process.
Thorough Plastic Rattan & Wood Quality Tests
Tensile and Elongation Test
The plastic material’s tensile strength and durability are tested by stretching it to 200% of its diameter, ensuring they have a tensile strength of up to 70 Nm.
Weather & Humidity Test
Observe the physical reaction of our plastic rattan and wooden boards to the weather elements through a waethering chamber, measuring the resistance to the moisture and heat elements of our products.
UV Aging Resistance Test
We use 2,000 hours of artificial lighting exposure to simulate sunlight effects, enabling us to assess the durability of our materials.
Metal Testing
Our metal testing equipment is employed to verify that all materials are free from any harmful materials and comply with RoHS standards.
Melting Point Test
We assess the strength and appearance of our plastic rattan and wooden boards based on their melting point range.
One-arm Drop Testing
We test the sturdiness of our products by subjecting them to a mid-air drop to ensure they are solid and durable for outdoor furniture.
BASF
During our production process, oxidizing agents such as BASF Coatings are utilized to preserve the colour and durability of your plastic rattan and plastic wood board.
Density
The strength of plastic wood is determined by its density. We employ various processes throughout production to inspect the density, ensuring the product aligns with your quality requirements.
R&D
We have our own R&D team, consisting of five members with rich industry experience. They have invested significant time and resources into researching and developing new products for our valued customers.
